Delete it in the app

1. Open PDF Reader & Editor and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If the app asks you to, sign out, sign in again, then delete your account straight away (this is a security check).

Can't use the app?

Email support@pevahtech.co.ke from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address and sign-in details.
• Your synced cloud library: PDF files with their annotations, folders, bookmarks, reading progress and saved signatures.
• Any cloud-tool files still in storage.

Deletion from the app is immediate. Copies in Google's backup systems are removed within their normal backup cycle.

What is kept

• Files and signatures stored on your phone stay there. You can keep using the app as a guest, or uninstall it to remove them.
• Purchase records held by Google Play or the Apple App Store, which they keep under their own policies. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store account settings.
